Webmail

Files — Cloud Storage
Your private file storage, powered by Nextcloud. Upload, share, and sync files across your computer and phone. Desktop and mobile sync apps available — see the sync guide.
Calendar
Personal and shared calendars, inside Nextcloud. Syncs with your phone and desktop via CalDAV — setup steps in the calendar guide.
Contacts
Your address book, synced everywhere via CardDAV. Automatically available in Nextcloud and connectable to your phone — see the contacts guide.

For mailbox users — manage your own email address
Forward your email
Send a copy of your mail to another address: log in at the mailbox users page with your email address and password, then edit your forwarding. You can keep a copy in your mailbox or forward everything.

Two ways: Webmail → Settings → Password, or log in at the mailbox users page. Use a long, unique password — it's the front door to everything else.
Open Mailbox Login →Out-of-office reply
Going away? Set an automatic reply: Webmail → Settings → Vacation. Turn it on, write your message, save. Remember to turn it off when you're back.

Manage your domain
Add/remove mailboxes, set up forwards and aliases, and reset passwords for any address at your domain — all from the PostfixAdmin admin login. (This is a different login from the mailbox users page above — the admin page manages the whole domain, the users page manages just your own address.)
